Diamond Skip Search
DIAMOND SKIP SEARCH ENTERS 36TH YEAR IN BUSINESS
Thank you for your interest in our services. We have designed our business to fit the subrogation needs of the insurance industry and its legal representatives. Since 1988 we have provided quality reports to answer the many questions that come up in our industry. We locate individuals, search for assets, uncover insurance policies and hand craft our research to meet your ever changing needs.
All of our investigators are career skiptracers. We learned our trade before there were databases but have constantly evolved to merge the old with the new. If your request needs a consultation and deeper delving than appears available on our listing sheet please give us a call. If you need us to dig deeper, you can order "off the menu" work hand in hand with an experienced investigator and you determine how much time we spend on your file. We understand the need for quick, comprehensive reports for collection determination but can also provide a full time experienced investigator to cover all the bases and pursue all investigative leads.
PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE REQUIREMENTS
By submitting your request and providing supporting documents you are confirming you understand permissible purposes and are retaining Diamond Skip Search to assist your office in claim processing and subsequent collection activities.
Permissible purposes as defined by the FCRA and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act determine what tools we use in researching your request.
For automobile subrogation claims please include at minimum your claim number, and if possible the police report or driver exchange forms with the pages that list the owner / operator, passengers and any citations issued. This applies to all legal firms working in partnership with the insurance industry.
For collection matters proof of debt is required. Court filings with case number or pending civil filings are required.
For legal firms, in-house file number + jurisdiction, docket number or class action index numbers, and/or civil judgment or complaint paperwork are required for partial access to databases.
Permissible purpose is determined case by case. We will contact your office prior to entering the request should we need additional proof of permissible purpose.
