How to Use Our Services

All requests must include your company contact information with identifying claim or docket number. Name of subject with known personal identifiers, first and last known address and any details regarding contact numbers, usual occupation, pending court cases etc..

Our success rate increases with inclusion of copies of police reports, acord forms, original leases, fire location etc.. We prefer to start with the source documents but can work with as little as a name and an address or a name and a date of birth.

PLACING AN ORDER:

• Click on link for secure web form. Fill it out / click send. We assign the client number for internal tracking. Once you know yours it is the only identifier we need. Client numbers are specific to the individual, not the office. Attach supporting documents. You will receive an email confirming your request was received.
